Dynamic tensioner or old style plate

Which works better? I keep having trouble with belt slip. Do people get slip with the dynamic tensioner and a smaller pulley? Where do you get the dynamic tensioner bracket from?

You probably don't have enough belt tension. Get a device to measure the tension.
