Is there a quick and dirty way to check if the actuator is still good? I saw Tim's video on bench testing these, but I don't have the ECU, switch, or harness.
E-locker bench test w/o harness?

Has the wiring diagram for the locker module. Pins 2 and 3. 12V/GND one way to lock, the other way to unlock (not sure which, but it won't hurt).
Don't keep those pins powered, the motor is supposed to just run for a short period of time to tension a spring, the spring is the thing that waits for the axles to load/unload/position so the locker sleeve can move.
