Easier way to snake wire through firewall

Hi All, I found a way to snake a wire through the firewall.
1. I use a metal tube. In this case a metal drinking straw I had lying around.
2. Use a counter sink bit to "sharpen" one end of the straw.
3. Slowly twist and turn the straw to cut through the rubber grommet. Push the straw half way through it.
4. Insert the wire into the straw and pull the straw out and voila!

Neat idea, I just used an exacto knife and made a slit, works just as well

i like to use my fingers to make small holes larger........:tape:

but i think the OP's method is more efficient in accomplishing the same thing.
