East coast snow - wooooo (pic heavy)

So I woke up this morning to see this (this is what I get for not parking in the garage):

SNOW!!! Finally. Aka, no school, and time to have a little fun. Took some pictures between 9:30 and 11 this beautiful A.M.

This was about as good as the main roads were up until about 1 today. This stuff was slick. Only after uploading this picture did I realize there are only Toyota's in this shot. Woot woot

Then headed out into the forest for a couple glam shots

I will make it up this hill once I get a lift. This sucker is steep

Then the fun began...

And what would a snow day be without seeing the Weinermobile in your town?

Looks like fun man. We FINALLY got snow down here, about 3-4", and I had a ton of fun it it. 4runner went everywhere I wanted it to.

And at the foot of the Rockies it's a very nice 72F and no snow in sight.

Don't laugh at me but I am sorry to say I am a bit tired of it. Think my snowblower is too.

The first 50 inches were fun but now we are up to 80" for the year. :bash:

We got about 12 inches of snow here in Central NJ.

yeah the one downside of having a 4runner is that we don't get snowdays...

we got a good 15 inches out here on Long Island, i called my boss this morning like "hey are we still working today" and he goes, "bro you have a 4runner, you'd better be here"

didnt do much work though...BUT i did make 70 bucks pulling a few stuck chevy 1500's, a ridgeline, rav4 and a crown vic police car

They even canceled school for us down here in NC. We got maybe 3 inches. They freak out about any snow though. There was a chance of snow last night and the Dean delayed classes until noon.

I even got 4-5" of snow Sunday morning down here in B'ham, AL! I'll post a pic or 2 when I get home tonight. It was a blast.

Wow, those are great pictures, especially the donuts pictures.

Here in Atlanta, we were told we would get 2 to 4 inches of snow. Well it snowed Sunday morning into the afternoon and we got no snow accumulation, just slush. I live up just north of Atlanta, I understand it did snow in other places in GA, but not here.

I guess, I can always look at your pictures and dream.

It's snowing on the East coast and as far South as Alabama, yet it was 74 here on the West side of Denver today!!!

Thanks for the comments, yeah it was a pretty good time, I measured about 7" deep in the center of my yard today, so it was a good amount for us lowly D.C. residents

I also made $40 bucks pulling out two people today, which just about covers my fuel costs for the day. I used over a half tank from 8PM last night to 3PM today haha

X 4 on that from another Coloradan! This is the suckiest winter by far for front range snow... Although, we just entered March...usually our snowyest month.

We ended up with about 8-10" in central MA, a little disappointing as I was hoping we'd get the full 15", oh well maybe next time. We're also around the 80" total this year, but personally I never get sick of winter, I go up to my friends near Jay VT and they are well over 200" so far, I love it up there and hope to live there or Rangeley soon, bring on the snow and negative weather, never gets old to me.
