Run don't walk, away from this dealer. I have been looking for a white TRD Pro and found one at Eastern Shore Toyota which is in Daphine/Mobile Alabama. I live south of Birmingham and it is a 3 hour drive to this dealer but I was willing to make the drive. I talked with the general manager on the phone and was given a price and asked him to forward the price in an email and I would get in the car and drive down and purchase the 4Runner. He sent the email and gave me a sales persons name to see when I got there. I was not financing or trading anything in, I was just going to write them a check. About 30-40 minutes after the email and my confirmation that I was on the way a third salesman calls and says he has customers in the showroom offering $4,000 over MSRP and he wanted to give me a chance to match the offer before I drove all the way down there. I explained about the email from the general manager and he says well they are limited quantity blah blah and this was the way it was, if I wanted it I would have to go $4000 above MSRP. The old bait and switch and the general manager will not return my call. Happy I did not drive 3 hours and get this crap, I am too old to do time for going postal on these jerks.
