On one of the other threads talking about lockers, I mentioned there was an Eaton E-Locker (as opposed to Harrop) that was available for the Toyota, I just couldn't find it on sale anywhere. Well here it is now:
Eaton 14211-1: E-LOCKER 4 TOYOTA 8" | JEGS
Its about 300$ cheaper than the Harrop option, which is nice. If you can find a junkyard, FJ cruiser or Tacoma axle, obviously that is going to be significantly cheaper. However, this option means no grinding of the axle housing, is new instead of used, and still avoids all the mucking about with air compressors that ARB requires.
Just figured I'd post it up here as I know I'm not the only one still wrestling with the best way to fill the "missing link" in on the 4th gens.
