umm Discount tire? lol, they installed for half price because I purchased online, and I still got the lifetime balance and such. It was $50 for all 4 on my Runner out the door. Awesome deal.

You can go to Americas tire. They are the same. Call a couple of them first to get estimate but make sure you mention you bought the tires from their sister company on line.

Too good of a deal to pass up. I pulled the trigger on a set ST Maxx's, $848.00 all in delivered to my door. Called local Discount Tire, $16 each to install. For $912, no one around here came close to that price. Pretty good deal I think.

what size did you order? the lowest 285/65 came out to be $1220 for the ST Max

Just went into my local America's Tire store.

First one basically argued with me about how these are discontinued or used tires. Left there.

Went to the one I normally shop at. They explained that eBay kicks in $50 and Discount Tire kicks in the other $50, so what they could do is match the price before discount, plus $50 (To match DTC portion) for every $400.

After doing the math, I was able to get E Load tires at the 6 ply price (Guy didn't realize the ones on eBay were 6 ply) minus the $50. They are Nitto Trail Grapplers.

Nitto then has a Rebate visa card of $70, when you buy 4, plus using my CareCare1 card I get $30 added to the $70. So in all, I was about $180 (had to pay tax) more than the online eBay price, but they are E Load rather than the 6 ply on eBay. Not too bad, plus I keep my relationship with the local guys going.

Holy crap! I'm glad I clicked on this link. Yesterday I almost bought a set of 5 255/80-17 ST Maxx's for $1300 installed, but decided to hold off since I haven't installed my lift yet.

Since these are technically bought through Discount Tire (but on eBay), will they still do their certificate for repair on the tires?

should've waited a little bit till March 17th. amazon has a saint pattys sale and last year and every year it was $125 a pop for every ko2 in stock plus free shipping because of prime trial. had 5 (full size spare) 32x11.5x15's for $625 at my house for free in 2 days.

I hope they do that again. Would like to get my spare done.

Placed the order thru Ebay yesterday at 4:30 pm. Received the tires this morning and installed before 1pm this afternoon. No disappointments with the service, price or tires.
