Ebay led offroad lights

Hey Everyone Since It always seems like if anyone needs to look for Pictures of Led offroad light output you must look on their build thread and search hundreds of pictures. I was hoping Maybe people can post up Pictures of Their Rigs :worthless with ONLY Led style Bars or round OFFROAD LIGHTS. Not interior Lights.
I did Search the forum before starting this thread so I hope I didn't miss something that was already there. If I did then Ignore this. Im still a NOOB in training. The thread thing is something new for me.

So I have a 1998 T4R Lc Coils, Deckplate, Bilstein Coilovers, 33 Bfg All terrains... and Yada Yada Yada. Same crap everyone does.
1st and 2nd pictures.
3rd picture is Before Lighting Up
4th Picture is a Single Hella 550FF
5th Picture is a Single 4" LED 18W 6 Cree Led Light Bar
6th Picture is a parking lot with only headlights
7th Picture is Same lot, with 2 Leds
8th is of the Led.

The light bar I purchased off of Ebay for $50 a pair. They are 18W 6 LED. Very decent light for the price. It may not produce the output of a KC daylighter but for what it is and the amount of light it gives off I'm pretty happy. I think if they were placed higher up I would have better results.

More Pictures

These are more pictures of headlights vs leds. I do have 2 floods on the way to take place of the HELLA/KC'S. Then going to fab up some ditch lights off of the hood hinges. I also am going to mount a 40" double row bar on my roof rack upon its completion.
Again I hope you guys don't bash me too much. But I think it will help people choose a light before they buy.

Nothing better than cheap lights!.....as long as they work. Those look like they're a long beam pattern, does he have any that are more flood style? I'd like to but a bunch on my roof rack that I'm gonna build with a 40" up front. Light for days! These would also be good for rock spotters. Good find

I have floods that just showed up. I purchased 10 of each because they were such a big hit here locally. I even ordered a 40" curved bar, a 20" for the front, a cbi ditch light brackets, and a 9" flood for ditch lights. Should be bright as noon on the equator! I also used the lights the other night in a blizzard for 4 hrs w/o failure. They were covered in ice, frozen, cold (26 degrees) and snow rain mix. Had no issues and am in love with led light. So much better than halogen.

12" Bar Installed

Well I recieved my 12" Bar today after a painful weekend. I missed the UPS by an hour friday so I had to wait for the bar to show up. Well its on now. What does everybody think? Each Led puts out 270LMS so Im at 9,720 LMS. Pretty good bang for the buck. Considering a Comparable RIGID is $500 for the same light output. The 42" will be here TOMMOROW! Can't wait.

The KC's are a much longer pencil beam. They work Great if your trying to spot someone at a particular 20' diameter 1000' feet away. I will admit they do shine farther, but I'm after lighting up everything 500' in front of me. Tonight I put on my 12" Bar and see what you think. The first two are at a park that is about a block long from end to end. The next two are of a sign first one is headlight, second is a 12" bar.

And heres that road again with the phone poles. I parked at telephone #1. Im able to illuminate #3. Now I do not know how far apart the place but according to ask jeeves (How Far Apart are Telephone Poles? - Ask.com) they are 125'. So if my math is correct thats about 250' of 100% usable light.

Have delt with this seller many times as I have my own ebay store. Hes resonable on Price and you can make offers on his lights. Just a Fyi if you can make offers shoot for the $25 each price. Thats how I was able to get mine. Next week I'm buying 20 spots and 20 floods as my friends and Toyota club members all want some now.

2 x 18W 1260LM CREE Spot LED Work Light Bar Off Road SUV Boat 4x4 Jeep Lamp 4WD | eBay

Hey Motobrad14 & Bandit Runner,

Thanks for the pics & info on the lights.

I have a '98 4Runner and I don't like the stock headlights.
The problem is when driving at highway speeds I feel like I'm "over driving" the area that is lit by my stock lights.
I contacted a guy who builds projector retrofits but they're more $ than I'd like to spend.
I'm told the newer style '99 headlight will fit in the '98 so I might try that, and/or install some of these LED lights.
I had them adjusted by the dealer when they did the WP so they should be aimed correctly.
The amount of pavement that is lit seems short to me and animals, or whatever, would not be seen 'til they were close, maybe too close.
Any suggestions?

The guy selling the 18W LED lights (30° beam) also has a single 20W LED (8° beam).
Any comments on which would be better to light up the driving lane without affecting oncoming traffic too much?
Thanks
:decision:

Dammit man! I didn't even see the tree in the first picture till you turned the led on. Nice! Was thinking about buying these and now I shall! Thanks for the review.

Camera specs and settings need to be posted in order to give a accurate perspective - if camera settings / White balance / ISO / etc is changing from frame to frame, the light pictures are not representative.

I appreciate the effort, but I notice this greatly between images 4-5. The camera needs to be set in manual mode to do this.
