I finally found a shop "America's Tires" that does road force balance. its $25 per tire, ill have all the tires road force balanced and as suggested I'll have the worse tire's to be installed at the back.
So, after the road force balance, do I need to do a wheel alignment immediately?

Holy shit. A road force balance takes just a few minutes. Only maybe 1 or 2 minutes longer than a normal balance. And the machine isn't all that expensive. They're really charging a lot for that.
I worked at a tire shop a long time ago. Like in early 2000's. And we just used a road force balancer as the standard tire balancer. It didn't cost extra. It's literally just a regular balancer that puts a drum against the tire and re-measures the imbalance against the drum. Almost all balancing machines also have the ability to balance the wheel and tire separately and then tell you how to align the tire and wheel for the best overall balance. But most techs don't know how and most shops are too lazy to do it right.
And the machines are not that expensive. The really fancy 3d imaging system machines that measure runout, wheel spoke positions, etc for a next level balance are only $15k.

Is the ECGS bushing good for preventative measures or just for those who are modified? I have stock size KO2 tires on TRD Pro wheels and only a 1" front level. 2015 SR5P. Once in a while a get a vibration and also once in a while I notice the passenger seat vibrating more than normal. Mostly feel it at 90-100km/h (Canada). But I do plan to keep this vehicle for a long time so thinking it would help especially in the long run. Thoughts?
I replaced mine because of the groaning sound it was making when the component was cold, as in winter temps. Annoyed the heck out of me for a couple years. Toyota techs never heard it of course. Now there is a TSB where they are replacing the entire differential, no thanks.
When I became aware of that part as a solution for trucks experiencing the issue due to CV angles with lifts I had my local guy who is well familiar with the problem (off road shop) pop the one in he carries (Nitro gear). Has been dead quiet since. As for wheel shimmy, I still have the stock Dueller tires and they do it at times, more so in cooler weather. My Michelin snow tires however also running on a stock set of TRD OR rims are perfect. So not sure what to say there but I’d also be in the wheel balancing camp on this particular issue.
Replacing the bearing for prevention measures I think isn’t worth it, while the issue is rare you would be hearing the problem for quite a long time before it failed. And I’m unsure they ever fail actually they just get loud.
