Echo on the other end when using Bluetooth on the JBL system on 2019 TRD Pro

Anyone know which Entune app version works best with the T4R? I see Entune and Entune 3.0. I am also going to ask if there is anything that can be done when I take my vehicle in this weekend... currently driving a '19 TRD Pro and can't talk to anyone in Bluetooth on it.

I’m having the same issues with my 2019 PRO..echo and low volume on my side. No issues in my Tundra or previous 5th gen.

Weird. Happened to me today also. I have had my 2019 about 3 weeks, but this may have been my first call in it.
I have it in my brand new 2019 Limited since May. It's a definite problem. I use an iphone 8 and I do have the JBL system. Taking it to service today.

My wife has a 2019 Limited and had this problem. Easy fix.

The phone has a "bluetooth" volume that's separate from the normal volume (all versions of iPhones do this + most Android phones.)

Because the bluetooth volume was turned down, she had to turn up the car volume to hear people speaking, and at some point it gets picked up by the phone mic.

Solution is to start a call, turn the phone bluetooth volume all the way up, then adjust the head unit audio down. Problem will go away.

Happens in my '16 LTD if the phone is plugged into the USB charger. Unplug it from the charger and it stops immediately. Does not happen if not plugged in...

This is exactly correct! We have seen a lot of this issue. Fix is super simple: with phone paired, make a bluetooth call and once connected, adjust the volume all the way up on the side of the phone and turn audio volume down.

This has fixed 100% of the issues we have seen come into the dealership.
