Ecl: Vsc lights = engine cyclinder misfiring on 2, 4, 6, 8??

I'm lost here tech guys. Driving an 03 Runner with the 4.7V8. I was driving home the other day and my engine check light, vsc lights (both) came on. I had a sudden rough idle at a stop. Seemsed to have lost power too. I checked codes at Advanced Auto and was given mulitple error codes from a bad MAP, IAT sensor high value, and all the even bank cylinder misfires. I was wondering what in the world could cause this all to happen. It has a CAI, which I cleaned the MAF sensor with electronic cleaner and it didn't help. Is there some sort of sensor or ECU problem that could cause the cylinders to all misfire on the even bank? OR am I looking at a cam lobe pin issue or timing belt. Timing belt was replaced 20k ago. No programming has been done with the computer for aftermarket stuff. I'm terrified to find out it may be a new engine. Can anyone help?

Look into the items that control just bank 2: timing, cam sensor, fuel pressure sensor.
for the maf/iat codes check your connector at the maf, especially the ground wire.
