Update:

.6th batch is here for the west coast and it's scheduled to be picked up on Thursday. It takes about two days to get to your locations.

.7th batch should be ready to go by mid next week.

.8th batch, waiting on some last minute people, as soon as they pay we'll submit the payment and that should be rolling out in about two weeks hopefully.

Installed mine today. Loving the look. Like most have said, ran into a couple issues:

1. hardware is not good. replaced with stainless steel bolts from local hardware store
2. powder coating already coming off
3. was easier to put together rack frame and then install on roof (but you'll need 2 people to install)

All in all I really like the roof rack. [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] I'll probably order 2 more cross bars instead of using the tray.

My rack showed up today, 6th batch. Doesn't appear to have suffered any damage during shipping, powder coat looks pretty good. There is only on small place on the inside of a crossbar where raw metal is showing and it's maybe a centimeter long. All the bends and cuts look good. I'm hoping to get it installed this weekend.

I talked to them yesterday and they are just waiting on the racks to get back from PC. I think they want to send both the 7th and 8th batch at the same time.

This is a first. We have the tracking number so we'll give DHL a call. It's weird because they ask for first name initial and last name. Even my DHL guy that dilivers to me regularly does that.

i'm interested and ready to order but want to know how an rtt attaches? i am looking at the 3rd gen model but want to make sure i can attach my rtt. i'm currently running thule square bars and i don't like how high it sits on them.
any extra cross bars needed for this setup?

In the summer I drive with the sunroof open all the time. I knew that a full length rack would have some wind noise but figured I would buy it and see what it was like. It's a little bit too noisy for me, especially when an a call.

Has anyone installed a gobi ladder with these? I remember rorck telling me you need to trim the rack a little for the hatch to open completely. The ecotechne ladder looks great but a little too bulky for my taste

Got mine installed last weekend and man is it stout! cuts look pretty great too (5th batch)!

I did run into a little trouble while installing (on my end).. the tube that the bolts thread into inside the rails feel into the interstitial space on my passenger front mount.. so my rack is only bolted it 3 out of the 4 mounts.. its weight is carring the front passenger down but on some rough roads i am guessing it will bounce off my roof a little bit.

anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to fish out the female-ended threads? or something to take their place?

I would love any info on this as well. I am interested in how Roark installed his hard RTT (Denver Outfitters) with so little clearance. Any info would be really useful. Thanks.
