About a month for me... It'll depend on when the order is filled. I paid end of Mar and it took a few more days to fill up the gb.. I have a delivery date end of April. It'll take 7 days for dhl to bring it from Venezuela.. pretty good I think

When coming to cali, are these "signature" required? I wonder if I can ask [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] to send it normally. I live in a gated neighborhood, and am not worried about anyone stealing what appears to look like a big Viking sword package haha.

Sorry for the late response, I've been camping with limited internet connection and this site was not loading properly.
Yeas all the racks that are in the west coast will come to me and I will distribute. They are now takings a little longer because they want to make sure all the cuts and bends are better. They are listening and will have some add ons soon.
As for the ladder I resieved a pic today and looks awesome! It will be really different from the Gobi ladders. It has more of the rack styling.

Also for those of you wanting to get on the next batch, Ecotechne was able to pull some strings and instead of the rack being $800 shipped we can do it at $750. Just know that the shipping cost do fluctuate like they do here in the states and at anytime can go up again. Next list will start this Thursday.

Ok, so if I'm understanding this correctly, west coast distribution did not receive tracking because you're taking delivery first, then shipping. This explains why I never received DHL tracking.
Also, I can't wait to see the pics of the ladder with similar design concepts. This should look pretty sweet!

They asked me not to show it just yet. Once I get my hands on the first one I can start getting some good images.
That is correct. I'll receive and distribute. A couple things I can say is that it should have a bottle opener, a place to fasten the Trasharoo and I think light up steps.

How to tie stuff down?
Hey guys, have any of you guys had experience tying stuff down on the Ecotechne roof rack. If not, any ideas? I bought one and haven't put it on yet as I need to have it painted since it was heavily damaged in shipping.
Just looking at it and all the photos here, I don't really see a good system or way to tie things down. Also, I'm planning on installing an ARB awning but don't really see a great way to do that either. I did see one member who drilled into the tray and rail to mount a home made L bracket but I'd like the ability to move the trays around the rack if needed without having to move or modify the awning mounts.
Would LOVE to see your photos with the rack rigged out with gear and how you secured it. Thanks guys!

I have a rack on order for the 6th batch, and I just bought an ARB 2500 awning. I plan to use these x2(ARB awning mounts, $11.00 ea). Will probably have to drill through the crossbars and/or tray to support.
