It would be nice if the video showed what all the hooks and holes were for. Like how you could mount different things to it and use it for storage and still get to your roof rack. That's what I'm most interested in. The practicality.

The hooks are so you can place a Trasharoo and have diferente mounting options, it also has a bottle opener right by the logo, the cut out on the top is for an LED light and the square holes inside the step opening is to be able and place your hand somewhere when climbing.

OP - I suggest you update the original post stating that they don't make racks for 3rd gen 4runners. I had to read a few pages to see that they don't. I think if this company did make racks for 3rd gen 4runners, they'll have a decent amount of interest as we currently don't have anyone producing slim looking racks besides gobi.

You can definitely add it on but it'll get there later. The ladders won't be ready until late next week.
