Well they shipped some of my rack. Looks like I got hardware, the front valance piece, a side rocker and the tray. Seriously!?!? Hopefully the rest isn't far behind.

Ladder is made with the same type Steel as the roof racks. Abit of weight to it so the tailgate will not raise up all the way, I suggest upgrading your shocks as well

Check your bottom mount. Here is how mine was incorrectly bent:

Cut, flipped and re-welded:

The struts I mentioned above, work perfect for the extra weight.

Unfortunately mine are also incorrectly bent. I don't have the ability to cut and re-weld. [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION]? Now what?

i definitely can't weld, hopefully they will address these incorrectly bent brackets. My guess is that all 10. are incorrect.

I received half of the rack. They come in two different boxes/shipments, I received one box the same as mentioned above. No ladder yet.

anyone else not able to pull up tracking number for fedex?

i received my tracking number last Wednesday, batch 10. I've checked about every day and no luck. I even tried to see if it was a DHL number. i emailed ecotechne this morning and they says its a Fedex updating issue. curious to see if anyone is having same concern or is there a different way to look up tracking. I'm thinking they have printed label but haven't shipped out to receive first scan. its not life or death. I'm just starting to be impatient with having a tracking number.

also with all of these racks being shipped out, we need to start seeing a lot more installed photos from everyone. curious to see everyone's setup. looking to install a single row led light bar and or other ideas from everyone.

Hello Mr. Howay if in fact the base is wrong folded I will send the correct one, there was a herror, I apologize for what happened.
