got mine tuesday.. put it on today.
there was some damage on one of the corss bars were powdercoat came off from rubbing againts another piece.. also was missing some hardware.

The bracket on the lower left has the flange cut and bend flipped from what is needed, everything else looks good. Do you have the two slim strips of steel like in my pic? You need them for the 3 caps screws on the mount to push against for install so they don't push directly into the doors skin. For the record, I didn't weld it up myself, I took it to a locale shop here so I knew it would be strong. Cost me $30, but worth the piece of mind.

Question.. Are any adjustments to the roof rack (V.1) rear rail bar needed to clear the ladder when the rear hatch is fully open? Perhaps spacers between the roof rack rear rail bar and the rear of the roof rack side rail inner sides if more clearance is needed? Thanks.

The lift supports you are using are the same I purchased. PM3489. Good to know they are working perfect for the extra ladder support. Thanks

Does the roof rack work on the 2017 their website only says to 2015. Also the gobi ladder does or doesnt work with rack?

I installed both ends on the inside. Looks a lot flusher, especially the rear end.

With regard to the new mounts for the V2 racks, how are you guys waterproofing these. My guess is a sh!t-ton of caulking or Henry's Roof Patch...

If your carrier is DHL Go to the Dhl website. Then enter your WAYBILL # (from your text you received) into the Tracking box on their website

Fed Ex works a lot different than DHL from what I understand. The Tracking number will not start working until the packages are in the states. To fix the issue of The shipping lead time with FedEx Ecotechne is finished with another set if racks and ready to ship. We have put off running another group buy so that we can still provide the same ETA. I will post a new list this evening when I return from work. We will have a total of 15 spots open.

You being in the DFW area, call Pedro at Tandem Auto. He has one setting in his shop a client bought but decided not to use. If they still have it, you could prolly get it quick.

No adjustments needed at all. Rack clears ladder just fine.
