New movement on a batch #10 shipment
The automated FedEx system pinged me this afternoon to let me know a portion of my batch #10 shipment had made it to Colombia.
No further information than that. The FedEx system also hasn't updated with an expected delivery time.
Hopefully others have seen something similar.

I have an open dispute with Paypal which was submitted on the 28th of September. I hesitated to file my dispute due to generally believing that most people are good and the issues in VE but the lack of response from Rorck, the decline in QOS over the run and the lack of response to the the Paypal dispute from Ecotechne has reassured me that I made the right choice. If you have an outstanding purchase, I would highly recommend you file a dispute NOW!
I wish you luck but I wouldn't get too excited...my status is still unchanged since the 25th of Aug. and the email some of us received recently from Rorck seems to be questionable at best at this point. Ecotechne has failed to respond to my Paypal dispute for 11 days now.

Flummoxed, bewildered and confounded
When it rains, it pours.
FedEx is apparently as confused as I am.
According to their Delivery Manager service, I have two 300-pound packages somewhere in this world.
Both have shipping dates of 8/25.
One was in Bogota on Wednesday and within the past few days, apparently caught a flight to Memphis before thumbing a ride to the distribution center here in Raleigh.
It's on a truck to be here today. I hope they're bringing a truck with a liftgate.
The other shipment was also in Bogota on Wednesday, but as of this morning, shows a scan location of Incheon. This shipment has the tracking number of the email that was sent to me by Ecotechne on 8/28.
It has an estimated delivery of Monday.
I'm thinking (hoping) the system is just reporting incorrectly and that the two tracking numbers are the two different pieces of the two-piece shipment. I know they normally link multi-piece shipments to the same tracking number.
I'll post an update whenever the big white van shows up at my house.

At least that's progress, my tracking # shows 28 scans since the 25th of Aug. and it's never moved. I did receive word from Paypal this morning that they're issuing a refund and I'll happily return or purchase the rack if it ever does arrive but I'm not betting on it at this point.

I submitted on the 28th and mine was closed today. Paypal emailed me on the 2nd of October saying they were giving Ecotechne 10 days to reply but they never did...so, I win! TBH, I'm shying away from using Paypal and if they didn't offer free money I'd just use a CC. Their customer service isn't what it use to be and I can call my bank and do a charge back instantly.

The big white van showed up this morning
So, apparently, it was two different boxes showing two different tracking numbers.
A 70 kg hardboard crate was dropped off this morning. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the packaging effort.

Just checked my tracking number and appears that there was some movement! As of the 13th my package traveled about 100 miles east to caracas venezuela. Googled mapped it and there is an airport there. Maybe they will have some better luck shipping out. No updated shipping date. Thought i would share.

just my 2 cents.
I would highly doubt that it will close anytime soon seeing on how the last two orders (batch 9-10) are still waiting to ship 3 months later. If anything i would wait to order/pay until you have seen that people are getting the product.
Not to mention from what people are posting that it sounds like people are missing hardware and pieces are having issues.
I'll be glad to get mine when it comes but i already know there will be some issue with it.
Sorry, not trying to sound like a downer or one out to bash the product. I'm just now trying to be realistic with myself and what will happen.
You may ask for a refund until more people decide to sign up.

Over the past week, Fedex made delivery of the two pallets of steel I've been waiting on since August.
I haven't had a chance to open anything to take inventory or assess any shipping damage, but I presume everything's there.
Just this evening, I get a text message from DHL saying there's another shipment heading my way.
Taking a look at the DHL tracking information, a two piece shipment left Barquismeto this evening. It's supposed to arrive here next week.
So, it looks like the email most (presumably) of us got from [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] holds true.
