ECU ECM version number

I'm trying to determine which Toyota ECU or ECM version is in our 4Runners. I've got a 2002 and I'm not sure which versions are in use by the 4Runners.

My reference for ECU IDs includes the following:
ECU 1
ECU 60
ECU 61
ECU 64
ECU 234
ECU 235

Is one of these found on the 4Runners? Any differences by model year?

I know that there ARE differences between year modles. When I did my 4wd conversion, I bought a '98 harness because the 4wd donor harness was cut up. It wouldn't plug into the 99 ECU, or the injectors. That's as far as I got before saying f*ck it. The plugs were completly different, as well as the wires, so I couldn't even just splice the connectors from the '99 harness to the '98 harness.
