I ordered Monday and just tried calling eibach and got hung up on twice... I emailed them yesterday also with no response still.

I'd like to know this too. I've gone from fully onboard with installing the Eibach setup, to questioning the reliability and allignability of the combination with the Fox shocks, to being disappointed that there is radio silence and now unknown availability.
Look, I get that the world is a complicated place right now, but IMO there's never any excuse for poor communication with potential customers. I really do wish Eibach well and hope they get this all figured out, but I'll be watching from the sidelines.

I was ordering the eibach fronts this weekend. Was getting JBA UCAs and Dobinsons 1.5” rears. WTF! Hope we find out soon if they will be available for sale in a few weeks.

I was able to get through yesterday because my order was canceled as well. July 10th is the release according to the engineer. Also if Ryan isn’t in office (which he isn’t atm) don’t waste your time calling because whoever you talk to doesn’t know much.

wow, talk about whining.. geez, cut Eibach some slack.
Most companies have reduced staff and cut production. I am sure they got more orders than expected and started cancelling them to limit pissed off customers. Would you rather they take your money and not ship for 4 months?
To the guys over analyzing the shock stroke.. etc.. countless 4runners owners have spacer lifts and others are using different springs. Have yet to hear anyone complain about ride or shock failure. Give it a rest, if the info Eibach has offered is not enough then just dont buy the springs.

I finally got a hold of someone and they confirmed release is July 10. My order has not been canceled and they said it was added to the site as a preorder. So I am guessing I will get in on the first batch, but it would have been nice for them to mention all this on their website and not leave everyone in the dark.
Hmmm...Interesting. I was under the impression that the FOX perches on the '19 were not removable. I stand corrected apparently...
I am willing to give Eibach more time to complete the springs. With 1.6 inches of lift from the coil, I'm going to need a spacer also to get to the 2-2.25 inch lift i'm looking for.
I have no use for Westcott's rear lift as I alredy have the Eibach adjustable rears. $350.00 is a bunch of money for a perch and a top hat spacer (since I cant use the rear lift). That said, if Eibach can't deliver for what ever reason, this might be an acceptable option.

I totally understand. I am looking to run the Westcott stuff until I finish off the life of the Fox shocks. Then I will do a real suspension.
This is correct. I have the Icon coils on the stock Fox shocks. I didnt measure the ride height stock but can defintely measure current.
I estimated 1" as the coils are 0.4" taller and 50lbs higher rating. (Using the 2 x added spring length for added height).
Initially I got the idea from someone on the GXOR facebook page, where a user did the coil swap. They apparently had a friend that worked at Fox and recommended that be the max height added to keep the shocks in the same rebound zone.
For the person commenting on the use of spacers on other 4Runners, the Fox shocks are completely different and have different ride zones based on shock extension. Apples to Oranges.
I dont want this to be taken as me bashing Eibach though, my plan was to go with their kit until I came across these locally.

Hi Guys,
Just want to take a moment to thank you guys for your patience with all the craziness. We're all excited to see this kit on the road, so I wanted to get you guys a more solid update and also step in for Ryan while he's out.
I just got back in the office a couple weeks ago and finally able to get caught up in communities and saw that there are a lot of questions about this kit. I'm happy to provide a play-by-play on these.
Our software is currently populating a due-time of 7/10, but I just went downstairs to PHYSICALLY put my hands on both the front and rear springs. The fronts are currently being wound and the rears are currently in grinding/finishing. At this time my Production Manager has left for the day, so I will confirm the due date accuracy on Monday and report back.
So sorry for the false alarm. While 75% of our team was away, there were part numbers that made it to the website that were NOT supposed to.
We're just starting to get the team back and the phone systems have been on the fritz. We are having calls popping up in Que that have waited for 10 minutes, but no phones are ringing. We're working on a solution for a more solid system!
Apologies for the radio silence. I personally agree there is no excuse. We have been able to get more team back in and we're making the appropriate adjustments to get you guys answers, starting here.

Mark, thanks for taking the time to give an update and explaining the realities of living and trying to run a company in Kalifornia.

Thank you Mark, I spoke with Tanner the other day and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very much looking forward to the release as well. Do anyone know if the front coil-overs will be sold separately or only in the kit with both front and rear? Lastly, is the kit supposed to be a 1.6" front as well as 1.6"rear lift or is the increases different for the rear? I would like to combined the new front coil-overs with the currently advertised load leveling adjustable 0.5-2.5: Eibach rear springs.

Thanks for reaching out, yes Tanner is a Toyota guy and been through 4Runners, Land Cruisers and now a GX.
The heights are different on the rear as they already come with a rake from the factory. This kit will deliver a more lifted and leveled look.
We haven’t test fit the Load Leveling System on a PRO yet, BUT it should physically fit. We just need to confirm heights and ride control.

Just sat down with the production team to review status of the kit. Our ETA of 7/10 has to be moved, as the raw materials had been delayed to get to us. The inaccuracy of the date is populated by our system, BUT my research here has exposed an opportunity for improvement to the algorithm which I'm reviewing with the team later today.
For those who are not familiar with the supply chain, we in manufacturing are effected from the raw metal being pulled from the earth, all the way down to the boxes we pack the product in. This is why we had originally mentioned there was no new ETA to some of you guys.
We now have the wire and many part numbers to make at once, INCLUDING our standard 4Runner springs, which we have many people waiting for as well. Work orders have been cut and wire allocated to fulfill the first run. Both 4Runner systems have been moved to our highest production priority, but with more back-orders on our standard 4Runner kit, they will be wound first. We estimate that the PRO springs will be on the winder in about 2 weeks, and require another 2 weeks to flow through the process. I can, and will update with a more finite "on the shelf" date as soon as the PRO springs are wound.
I hope this is helpful. We (the marketing team) are working toward getting all the required information to our distribution so you may start placing your orders with your favorite retailers, so keep an eye out in the next week or so.

Wow man you are awesome for posting this. We need to start a new thread talking about this. How's the ride feel, alignment and etc. This is exactly what I was hoping Elbach would come up with.
Instead they created some sort of reverse rack spring that forces you to buy there rear springs.
Ride feels the same as stock which I like, defintely not as stiff as the ride with the cornfed spacers. (I had the Cornfed 2" front kit)
Mark, I can provide some input here...I have the Load Leveling System on my 2019 Pro. Simply put, it is the answer to a number of questions I had before Eibach released this product. I am running the 250 spring set with about 135 lbs of "stuff" in the back. I still have plenty of adjustment left for future use/towing.
The ride is very nice...similar to stock. I could not tell any difference in the daily driver handling between the leveler and the stock springs. Overall ride may be slightly better than stock with the load i am currently carrying.
Well engineered, does exactly what I hoped it would.
