Eibach needs a stock TRD PRO in SoCal

Mark, I can provide some input here...I have the Load Leveling System on my 2019 Pro. Simply put, it is the answer to a number of questions I had before Eibach released this product. I am running the 250 spring set with about 135 lbs of "stuff" in the back. I still have plenty of adjustment left for future use/towing.

The ride is very nice...similar to stock. I could not tell any difference in the daily driver handling between the leveler and the stock springs. Overall ride may be slightly better than stock with the load i am currently carrying.
Well engineered, does exactly what I hoped it would.

I've got these also and have a question. Are you able to adjust these without dropping the link and shock and pulling the spring? I could not as the adjuster tool just bent

UPDATE:

Just sat down with the production team to review status of the kit. Our ETA of 7/10 has to be moved, as the raw materials had been delayed to get to us. The inaccuracy of the date is populated by our system, BUT my research here has exposed an opportunity for improvement to the algorithm which I'm reviewing with the team later today.

For those who are not familiar with the supply chain, we in manufacturing are effected from the raw metal being pulled from the earth, all the way down to the boxes we pack the product in. This is why we had originally mentioned there was no new ETA to some of you guys.

We now have the wire and many part numbers to make at once, INCLUDING our standard 4Runner springs, which we have many people waiting for as well. Work orders have been cut and wire allocated to fulfill the first run. Both 4Runner systems have been moved to our highest production priority, but with more back-orders on our standard 4Runner kit, they will be wound first. We estimate that the PRO springs will be on the winder in about 2 weeks, and require another 2 weeks to flow through the process. I can, and will update with a more finite "on the shelf" date as soon as the PRO springs are wound.

I hope this is helpful. We (the marketing team) are working toward getting all the required information to our distribution so you may start placing your orders with your favorite retailers, so keep an eye out in the next week or so.

Thanks Mark, I spoke with Tanner on Friday for a update. He said 1.6 front and rears 1.0. Also he said you will be able to run 285’s. I have been waiting on these also other forum members on the 4runner site are waiting. This is how the Pro should have come from factory with a little more height. The springs seem to be the way to go over a spacer lift. I’m calling on Monday again. Tanner said to keep checking to see if there in. Because it may not get posted right away on the site.

Front springs are wound and now in grinding! Rear springs are a step ahead in shot peen, so provided they pass all three load / length tests throughout their manufacturing processes, these will be complete in about two weeks. Same goes for the standard 4Runner Springs.

To do it right, you have to take some of the load off the spring before adjusting it. I just jack up the frame at the rear about 3 inches and use the included adjusters to adjust to my needs or liking.
Took me about 5-7 minutes per side. With a better (taller) jack maybe half that.
You do not have to unbolt/remove anything. Just jack up on the FRAME, not the AXLE.

Thanks, I'll need to find a harder metal to use for a spanner. The ones for both front and back just bent (with entire rear off the ground) Even tired lube, as directed by tech support. I had mine on jack stands on the frame

This is correct. I have the Icon coils on the stock Fox shocks. I didnt measure the ride height stock but can defintely measure current.

I estimated 1" as the coils are 0.4" taller and 50lbs higher rating. (Using the 2 x added spring length for added height).
Initially I got the idea from someone on the GXOR facebook page, where a user did the coil swap. They apparently had a friend that worked at Fox and recommended that be the max height added to keep the shocks in the same rebound zone.

For the person commenting on the use of spacers on other 4Runners, the Fox shocks are completely different and have different ride zones based on shock extension. Apples to Oranges.

I dont want this to be taken as me bashing Eibach though, my plan was to go with their kit until I came across these locally.

Springs are ground, shot peened and are now in the second of three Quality Check processes before they go to coating.

You should also start seeing these on your vendors websites as we've sent out all the parts data to them this week!

I have 285/65/18, but also have 1.25" wheel spacers. I had to trim trim the bumper a bit more and remove the mudflap.

Really curious as I’d like to push the lift up a bit on mine when using your spring. Considering 1/4” top out spacer for an extra 1/2” lift. But interested to know if something with the fox shocks were what kept it at 1.6”.

Great question...
We had a decision to make: Will the PRO community want to just level the front and be happy?
What about adding a bumper or winch?
What about lifting the rear?

We started with our initial measuring session, which included fitment of the rear springs. We decided we wanted the maximum lift possible while matching rear 1" lift all without interfering with the function of the shock's rebound zone and overall performance. As you'll see in previous posts we spent a lot of time on the dyno to find the correct static height for the spring. Designs were made, fitments were checked, performance was tested and there you have it!

For reference, every PRO-TRUCK product we make is designed to work with factory UCA's.

We don't have any engineering data or make a recommendation on the results of running shims in the system. We do know that if you run shims on top of the perch, you are extending the length of the assembly and putting stress on all the other components. You covered the items that should be addressed when doing that, but I can't make that recommendation either way. I'm sorry!

For reference, the Load Leveling kit is out of stock until the end of the month when we get the springs finished, but you can put a pre-order in to get your name on a set because they move fast once they hit stock.
