Emissions chk failure?

@145k miles I am getting the "warning" lights as shown in the attached pic (the "VSC OFF" is flashing) but NO chk engine light and no codes either current or pending!
When I bought the vehicle @125K miles I did get codes PO445, PO441, PO546
so I replaced the gas cap and that seemed to elim the prob - for a while.
The lights are coming on with increasing frequency - but NO chk engine light!

What to do ?
Just remembered - this all seems to be right after a timing belt+water pump R+R
What sensors need to be disconnected to do that job? Maybe just a loose connector?

Most threads on this topic point to the gas cap. Are you sure it's on tight? Turned to hear a few clicks?

Oh yes! many many clicks! I am going to take it back to the guy that did the timing belt and water pump- I suspect a loose connector.

Do you know if the O2 sensors have ever been done?

If you’re getting those VSC lights and ABS light without a CEL it’s almost always a bad brake light switch.
