That's way nicer looking than the old ammo can I bolted down in my last rig. But....I'm sure it required a lot more cash and time too.

Is that box wood or some kind of composite? Is is waterproof?

It’s UHMW HDPE which is probably $40 in material and then the foam is Kaizen foam that cost $15. The rest was just labor. So it ran me $55 for the setup. It’s not waterproof but it has a lid and it’s tight so it’s certainly splashproof. With a little effort it could be waterproof but I figured it would be best to let it “breathe”.
