Engine Coolant Leak

Hi all, I've got a 95 3.0 that has a coolant leak ( white smoke out the exhaust). I had the engine rebuilt about 10k ago, so I'm hoping it's not a head gasket or cracked head. Could this possibly be an intake gasket leaking? What tests could I perform to help narrow the possibilities?

At a minimum, your probably looking at a head gasket job and resurfacing the heads. Is there coolant in the oil(looks like milkshake). You might do a compression check and see what the numbers look like. Hopefully the engine has not over heated and cracked the head/s. Sorry to hear. How many miles on the truck?
regards

Looks like all the coolant has leaked into the oil pan:wow:. I think I'll be looking into replacing the engine. 256k on the truck. A little over 10k on engine rebuild.

I've seen replacement engines from Japan advertised. Are these worth the money? I've seen them for around $1700.
