Engine Noise Guessing Game

I was going to make a video of me trying to recreate the noise as if I were talking to a mechanic, but I figured a video of the actual noise would be best. :)

2000 4runner 4x4 with 3.4l V6
256,xxx miles.
Timing Belt/Water Pump and accessory belts replaced at 196,xxx
Plugs and wires replaced somewhere around 175-200k... don't remember exactly.
Alternator replaced 1.5 years ago with a unit from AutoZone.
Fan clutch replaced about 5 years ago with a unit from AutoZone.

No engine issues, or engine work done in the past to my knowledge. Owned the thing since 140k.

What this sound like to y'all? Sounds like its coming mid to right side of the engine.

Can't argue with the AZ Alternator comment, but saying this primarily because of their inherent unreliability.

I've had idler pulleys create a similar noise and other idler pulleys create a much different sound.

On a side note I experimented one day with filming my '15 Tacoma 4.0 liter engine - just for grins. Sounded just fine standing in front of the vehicle. Uploaded a video of the engine to my laptop. Sounded much different. Much noisier.

As a result, I've never felt completely comfortable analyzing uploaded youtube engine noise videos.
