Engine problem! HELP PLEASE

Throwing code for 3rd and 4th cylinder misfire. I pulled the middle coil pack which looks like its been replaced already (doesn't have the stock toyota sticker on it) and it looked fine, pulled both spark plugs, looked fine, other than the the 3rd cylinder spark plug looked a little more "purple" on it from heat. Which I would assume it's because that plug is straight from the coil pack and probably gets a little more heat? Checked spark plug wires, they all seemed fine. So I'm stumped.
Before the check engine light came on, it felt like I was running out of gas, kind of puttering. Then when I came to a stoplight and when I eased of the brake it would shack pretty hard then the light came on, cruised it home and threw the code reader on and that's what it said.

Any help would be great!

Did you check the wiring for your fuel injectors to make sure it is in tact?

They seem to be fine. I don't know what else to check now

Unless it is physically damaged, You won't be able to tell if a coil pack is bad by looking at it.

Have you tried switching the coil pack with one of the cylinders that is not misfiring?

I was going to switch the coilpack and check it that way but the check engine doesn't come on all the time so it's hard to tell that way!
The other reason I'm not sure that would work is because the 3rd and 4th cylinders aren't on the same coilpack since matching cylinders are 1 & 4, 2 & 5, and 3 & 6...right?

I would switch the good coil pack with a "bad" one and see if your misfire moves, it's the most effective way to see if it's definitely the coil pack.

I agree that would the easiest way to see if that's the problem but like I said, the check engine light doesn't come on all the time, I can just feel it while I'm driving, feels like it's puttering a little.
I don't think it's the coil pack because the replaced coil pack that is "bad" goes to cylinders 2 and 4, when the problem is 3 and 4...
