Engine swap due to dead cylinder

Hey, My 4runner has 200k some miles on it. Has a dead cylinder now. I have a motor with 72k i'm going to swap in. What's the best/easiest way to pull the motor? motor/trans together or keep trans in the car? Do I have to take out whole front end to pull the motor? First time I'm going to be doing this on a T4R. Any help/tips/input would be appreciated. Thanks,

Separate the motor and trans. Take the hood off, unhook all the electrical connections, hoses, etc from the motor, undo the motor mounts and pull it out. Where are you located?

Fox Chase. Yea thats what I figured. My friend and I are supra guys. We ususally pull the motor/trans as one which is so much easier!! Once I got under the truck, I saw that removing the trans with the engine would be harder. Hood is off. I think I got mostly all the connectors. Just have to do the heater core hose and unbolt the trans. Waiting for another friend to bring his engine hoist over but now he won't be able to bring it over till tomorrow.

oh cool. you're a stone throw away. I already started to pull it.Pretty much just the trans and motor mounts have to be unbolted.
