Engine Temp Not Registering on Dashboard

So this weekend i did a throttle body and intake manifold cleaning, as well as a spark plug replacement. Everything is running fine, but the engine temp no longer registers on the dash, just sits a "C". I have gone back through the system verifying all the plugs are tight and connected, grounds are connected. No loose wires or tubes are hanging loose.

Any ideas on what i can be missing, with lack of reworking what i did this weekend, i need some advice!

Is there coolant in the engine?

You probably yanked a wire. I believe the sensor for the dash is towards the back of the engine.

There are 2 coolant temp sensors. The one for the ecu is on the front of the block. The one for the dash is on the back of the block.

yup, i think it is the one on the back of the engine. FWIW here is a image i got from a mechanic friend of mine, under the lower half of the intake manifold.
