Error Lights after lift

Good evening, I had a lift installed and am now getting error lights. I'm worried they may have damaged a sensor wire. The guy at the alignment shop connected the code reader and said all 4 sensors were coding.

I tried the Zero Point Calibration but it seems the data is not erasing prior to recalibration. I went through the first set of instructions and the lights were blinking. When I disconnected the clips to drive, the error lights went back on.

I'm supposed to head out to Hidden Falls tomorrow and now worry the features won't function properly. I have followed the guide on the forums. Any tips?

Looks like a broken ABS sensor wire. Usually they get overstretched and set this off, if you had a shop do it I'd be back and make them fix it!

A family member who works at a shop did it for a nominal fee. I'll need to remedy it myself. Is the vehicle safe to drive in the meantime? I have plans to drive to an offroad park 4 hours away tomorrow.

Makes sense, I believe it is a pretty easy repair overall! I would assume fine but not positive - I know there are a lot of posts on here with that issue too.

Mine come on and go off daily. Something I’ve been meaning to fix but never have. My e-brake light also comes on. Usually around turns is when all lights come on. Been driving like that for a few months now no issues other than annoying lights.

I’ll get around to fixing it. Probably on the next oil change

In my experience you'll be fine to drive it. But you won't have a single traction aid on/off road I believe so be aware of that.
If you have a locker it may work. But I can't even remember if it even allows it to go into 4wd? Someone will correct me on that. I think it will though. Just no crawl control/multi terrain/a-trac.

When I snapped mine I drove it as is for a few days, highway to work and all, until a replacement wire came in. If you can call around any Toyota dealerships on the way and see if they have whichever side wire is damaged, it should be an easy replacement.

I've seen a member on here splice into the damaged wire and repair it themselves which was neat.

Most likely a stretched ABS wire. You can drive it but there will be no traction control, no ABS and no 4WD until you remedy the faulty wire. Pretty easy fix if thats what it is. Had it happen to my truck a few years back took my tech a whole 10 min to fix it.

If you have crawl control, you need to perform the crawl control calibration to finish the zero point.

Thanks to all for the advice. I switched it into 4wd and think it engaged so i should be alright for now.

Echoing what others have said here just to emphasize it's a common issue:

It's an overstretched ABS wire. Same thing happened to me.

they have to replace the ABS sensor wire. If you paid someone to lift your truck, they should warrantee their work.
