I was looking on ebay and seen this button. Says its for a 99-02 but ive never seen or heard of it. It just got me wondering.

I saw that too. I've been to the junkyard it's from so I'd like to think it's a knowledgeable bunch.

Even if, it would just be a door popper, our liftgates don't lift on their own which sucks.

I think it goes to something else, I bet that switch is to pop the glass open on some other kind of SUV. The Surfs rear window rolls down just like ours, it doesn't pop out like that.
