Why is it happening so much these days? It seems like very night I get on I see a new member that is just repeating what another member says. It is just a little annoying and wanted to rant about it for a second.

It happens on a lot of forums. We delete them as soon as we see it.

I report them to the mods as soon as I see them and they are usually scrubbed from the site within a couple hours.
