Exhaust flange gasket repair question

I need to replace the right-hand flange gasket which is roughly located under the front passenger side seat. From what I understand, the bolts go through two springs on either side of this flange. Once I replace the gasket, I'm just wondering what torque I should tighten the nuts on the new bolts to (the bolts that go through the springs).

I replaced all the hardware when I did my flange gasket. Just tighten by hand with a wrench. The flanges will start to deform before anything feels really tight.

Ask me how I know.

15k miles and no issues since.

I think the bolt has a shoulder. Tighten it down tight and forget about it.

Thanks guys. Yeah, the bolts have shoulders. Can anyone point me to an exhaust system parts diagram for an '03 4Runner V6 SR5 which includes part numbers?
