Exhaust Kit for '02 T4R Sport

so i'm looking for a good exhaust kit for my '02 T4R Sport. anybody have any kits already installed that they like or have any suggestions on a kit that i should look into? thanks guys.

what are you looking for loud? low rumble? racing?

i'm just looking for an average loudness. i don't want something annoyingly loud. and nothing for racing. just a solid exhaust kit.

i advise you to just get the muffler instead of the kit because the factory design actually give it a unique sound with after market mufflers, as for mufflers you might want to stay away from glass pack or anything too small because it will be very loud. good mufflers are flowmaster 40 or 44 or 50 if you want a little quieter, magnaflow, cherrybomb vortex.

so instead of having to get pipes or tips or anything like that i would just need a muffler? i have heard the flowmaster 40 and 50 muffler. i like the sounds of those.

you can get a tip if you like but if you go offroad whats the point of having a nice tip its gonna get ruined, i have a flow 40 myself love it wouldn't change it for anything. main reason is because its the complete opposite of those screaming rice rockets, its low and rumble love that sound between 1600-2000 rpm.

Ya I don't think you should waste your money on an entire exhaust setup. I recently installed a magnaflow 18" and it sounds great. Picked it up off craigslist for $45.

yeah i just greased the robber hangers and re torqued all the bolts, now the drone is a wonderful rumble.

Flowmaster 40! I'm hoping to get mine ordered sometime in the next 2 weeks! A full set up is too much money anyways...

I have the 18" magnaflow on mine and I get drone around 55-65 but then again mine is dumped. If I were you I would look into the flowmaster 50 series suv. It suppose to have very little drone cause it is specially made for an suv

i know people who got flow 50s they eventually turn to flow 40 or 44s because it was too quiet.

are there any performance benfits from just getting a flowmaster 40 muffler, or is it just strictly for sound?
