Exhaust/mud flap repair

I have an 08 4runner LTD and have my first repair question (trying to wrench myself when I can). I noticed this morning that the pin on the rear exhaust had popped out of the rubber hanger, and at the same time that my right rear mud guard had the pins popped out and it was detached from the fender. So I'm assuming (bad NE weather) that I went a little too deep in something and popped them. So the questions are:

1 - can I make these fixes myself, either by re-using what's there or getting a new hanger and rivets?
2 - Or is this something I need to have a dealer do in case I bent something (or maybe covered under warranty)?

Probably a simple one for the forum but much appreciated.

That is a trail fix that takes 15 minutes with basic tools. There isnt whole lot of stuff you can bend there just in the bad weather. If you hit a stump or a rock then it's a different story.

Im sure about LTD I have a 05 thundra and I guess the only way to get it fixed is to drill a hole per flap. I called the dealer and asked the parts departmant. They gave me some sort of directions in doing so. Also see if the dealer can match the price from ECS tuning $76.11 for the fronts and $76.11 for the rears.

Not sure from your description if there is damage or not, but can't you just crawl underneath and pop the muffler 'pin' back in the rubber hanger. You should be able to flex the hanger enough to slip it back in.
How about some over sized washers to put on the screws to put the mud flap back on.
Doesn't sound too difficult, but again, I don't know if there's other damage.
