Exhaust Tip

Can anyone recommend a clamp on turndown/redirect exhaust tip that will fit 5th generation 4Runners? I've only been able to find 2.5" and 3" inlets.

I installed the Toyota exhaust tip. It worked well and looks great, -but is pricey, about $52 at one of the discount Toyota parts places. I used midatlantictoyotaparts.com.

I know you are looking for a 100% clamp on design, but would you consider chopping up the tip back a bit and having it relocated like in this thread: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/87269-side-exit-exhaust-3.html#post765175

If you try to clamp on a turn down tip to the factory pipe, I think it's going to protrude a bit too much out the back and it might not look as clean.

You really need to ask your local muffler shops to get a better idea...something like that around here would run about 50-75 bucks.
