Extended warranty: yay or nay

So I just picked up this 04 Limited for 16,995.

They want 1,850 for a 3 year warranty that covers almost everything.

The 4runner is in great shape, it's got 80k and I have a month to decide if I want the warranty or not. Pretty tough call. Most days I would say hell no, but if something did go wrong, I don't have the extra cash to drop on fixing it.

What have other people done?
