I'm going to be purchasing 2019 TRD ORP w/or w/o kdss or in the 2020. trd pro maybe out of my price range, but would like warranty quote for that if there is a difference. 125k 10y 0 deduct. thank you

I ended up deciding not to do the extended warranty. The whole reason i bought the 4R was that its reliable and rarely has issues so spending more for a warranty was just silly in the end.

I wanted to share my experience with the Platinum 5yr/125k warranty I purchased through this site.

At 70k Idler pulleys #1&2, idler arm and rear hatch struts replaced. Dealer cost $650. Warranty covered everything. It was recommended that I replace belt while they had it apart and they only charged for the belt and not the labor.

At 119k XREAS system replaced. Small oil leak showing on timing cover so all gaskets replaced and new water pump installed. Dealer cost $5828. Warranty covered everything.

Warranty’s are like insurance and not always needed but I am very glad I decided to purchase. Also very impressed that I never had to fight for coverage when a repair was needed.
