So these past two weeks has me wondering what is going on with my radio. Every few days, it will suddenly turn on and start playing on some random channel. Once, it changed channels on its own. It does this just once and then not again during the drive. Any idea what it could be? No other issues, but this has happened 3-4 times.

This may sound weird, but this happened to me a while back on my 4th gen oem stereo. The "tune" knob was stuck ever so lightly between clicks so it would randomly change. Not sure if this will help, but good luck!
Happened to mine on the power knob would turn off on volume ect. pushed in reset all was good for a while it would happen randomly. It would also eject all CD's at random when this happened. It would always work fine after pushing knobs ect to reset but i ended up installing an aftermarket Nav unit later because it could only get worse IMO.

I have my stock non-JBL left over when I installed a radio into my '08 if you really want to stick with the stock radio. Nominal fee with shipping added. The mounting rails are not included, but you can just take the ones off of your existing radio.
