Factory warranty transfer with used 2008 4Runner?

Hello all,

I am seriously considering purchasing a used 2008 V8 SR5 4x4 with 42k miles this week. Since I am buying from a non-Toyota used car dealer, will the factory warranty transfer? And if so, what is covered and what are the limits?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The drivetrain is under warranty for 5 years 60k I do believe.

It's not a jeep... the warranty is good for the stated age/mileage (6/60 powertrain) regardless of previous owners.
Now if some stuff has happened or been done (or not done) that's a different story.
