Failed led install

Tried to install my LEDs I ordered from autolumination today for the climate controls and the first try I had two of the three climate controls lit up, but then I tried to switch the LEDs around to get the other one to work and now none of them are working? Any thoughts on what the issue might be? Do the bulbs go in a certain way? How do you check for a blown fuse?

LEDs are polarized. Which means there is a specific positive and negative connection. Rotate the bulbs in their sockets to see if they illuminate. Hope this helps. (IF THEY HAVE DIODE PROTECTION.)

You've probably just got them the wrong way around, I remember replacing all the bulbs in the instrument panel and guessing the polarities..... I managed to guess 14 wrong in a row. I thought I broke something, but thankfully just the wrong polarity.

You only turned the one LED 180 and left the others alone that lit up properly? Assuming that, make sure the ribbon cable is properly inserted.
