I just wanted to review a product I just recently put on my 4runner, the new Falken Rocky Mountain ATS tires. I first came upon them when I was researching tires at Discount Tire. I needed some newer tires with an aggressive tread and these really caught my eye. After reading several reviews I decided to give them a shot. I am being honest when I tell you that I love them. Not only do they look mean, the ride is smooth, quite, and the grip is awesome. I have not done too much off road riding since I bought them, but I did find a link with a great review and a video showing the off road capabilities of this tire:

Currently I am running the stock tire size 265/65R 17. Discount Tire has them in stock and is running a promotion on them. Buy four and get a $40.00 rebate (Goes on until June 30th, 2011).

That's something to think about if you are looking for some new tires and want to save a few bucks. Really the price on them is not that bad. I paid $151.00 per tire before tax.
If your looking for a nice set of tires that are capable of handling all types of surfaces, runs quite on pavement, and looks good, then these might be the tires for you. I really stick by my decision of buying these. After then 50,000 mile tread life wears down I will be picking up another set.
