Looking into my next set of tires and was looking for some input. I found the Wildpeaks and they seem to be what I'm looking for. I know they're a two ply but I'm not too worried about that. I really don't want to spend $1000+ on a set of tires and I need them to do well on the highway too. I'm running Nexen Roadians right now, they are what was on the truck when I bought it. Anyways, if anybody has any experience running these let me know.

The wildpeaks are a decent tire, better on road than they are offroad. Keep an eye on the wear on them as they tend to get choppy easier/faster than most tires due to the tread design. But in comparison to any nexen tire, youll be very happy with the purchase
Spend the $$, and get the Michelin's, especially if your interested in highway use. We've got over 50k out of ours and there is still a ton of thread left on them. Tirerack has a set for $708. Yes, it's a lot of $$ for these tires, but when it comes to highway use, Michelin is somewhat the only real player in town. They should have the installation deal still going with Sears (mount & and balance for $11 a piece), but I'm afraid they might be out of business soon. Best of luck with the choices.

Personally, I think Wildpeak A/Ts are fantastic tires. There are some good reviews out there. Falken is a well established tire manufacturer, just keep them balanced and rotated and they will keep you happy.
Choppy wear is not something I have heard or seen yet... In the dozens of sets I have sold.

I had a set of Rocky Mountains (same as wild peaks) and they last for a long time and are a great on road/light offroad tire. I found they run a bit small compared to more aggressive AT and MT tires, so if your looking for a size upgrade you may be better off going with a bigger size or more aggressive tire. For their price they are great but there are some better stronger tires that can be had for a little more money.

Sure they will. For an MT, the KM2s are wicked quiet. I run mine year round and don't notice any extra noise.
I've thought about the BFG A/Ts but they run anywhere from $1000 to as much as $1600 around here plus, EVERYONE runs those. I'd like something different. I'll think about the KM2s but I'm leaning towards an A/T for the better on road performance. How are most A/Ts in the snow?

had em on my dad's old yota and loved em. They weren't very loud and didn't kill MPG's. I'd recommend em.

Trail-snow or road-snow?
As of now, 31/10.50x15. Come this summer I might be looking for something like a 32" or 33" it depends on the direction I go with the lift.
Road snow, I want to be able to get to the local ski resort when its dumping. We just got like 20 or so inches and I wasn't willing to try it with these bald A/Ts

A friend of mine has 32" falken all terrains and they did fine at about 5psi in about 3' of snow. He says they drive great too.
