Fat Lip Bumper Swap on 96-98 Lost the Thread

I read a members thread the other day who did the fat lip Bumper swap on 96-98 with minimal cutting and drilling. I can't for the life of me locate it. Anyone help?

yeah, i don't get why people do this. i have an '01 and wish i could swap out for the older style bumper without too much hassle.

Rust is the main reason for swap. I don't wheel so the extra overhang isn't an issue.
