In a place other than the key fob? I think the dealer will reprogram any replacement key to the receiving unit regardless of the toyota/fcc id if that's where you're getting at.
You will need the key replacement plate/ID that came with the original set and the remainder of your keys in IAW the owners manual.

No Key Fob, need FCC ID
Hey there! Just bought a 2004 T4R and the dealer only gave us 1 key. No key fobs or anything. So, I'm trying to order some programmable fobs for it but we need the get the FCC ID. Does anyone know where we can find that info WITHOUT having the original fobs? Thank you!

My truck came with only one smart key fob. I purchased an identical one used on eBay. Then I programmed it with a $20 Techstream software/cable.
