You are going to have to put the sticknut through the access hole that is on the bottom of the frame just forward of the holes. I believe I did the top one first and then the lower one, but it may be easier the other way around. It's a lot of trial and error to get the nut lined up with the hole just right. I used a flashlight from the outside so I could see when the nut was aligned with the hole. You'll also probably have to trim some of the excess metal around the nut in order for it to fit through the access hole.
My advice is to just tighten them slowly once you get the bolt threaded in the nut. If you start to feel the nut pull the tab of the sticknut as you are tightening the bolt, examine the situation as best you can to make sure you don't lose the tab into the frame like I did before the bolt is tight.
