I definately recommend it! It's a nice subtle change.....which I like! Not to mention, Greg was a supper nice guy to deal with! He shipped them out on Tuesday....and they got here by Thursday!

I don't think so....the light was just out....even when they were just on...and not using the brakes....It was no problem man...I just bought some Platinum Nighthawks....they are nice an bright!
Thanks again for the awesome transaction! I've been pretty lucky with T4R.ORG so far....bought these lights, and my Sport Edition Skid from BanditRunner.....both great transactions!

So I got my Timing Belt Kit in the mail.....but bought from the wrong seller!!
I'm gonna put a feeler thread to see if anybody else has had experience with these parts......I'm hoping it's good!

is that an OEM water pump? use an OEM water pump even if you need to put that one (pictured) up for sale on EBAYy. my brief stint witth a non Toyota water pump resulted in failure in the form of leakage after only 45k miles.
its ok to save money but go with a Toyota part when replacing the water pump and T-stat.

Thanks guys for the replies! As I stated earlier...I think I'm just gonna try this kit out. The install is going to be free, and rather than lose out on some money, I'll simply go with what I have. It's not the first time I've bought Non OEM parts, and I've had good luck so far. The seller returned my e-mail, and advised that the parts are warrantied for 3years....so hopefully I can just get something worked out if need be.
Again, the thing to consider here is the shipping costs.....I would most likely have a pretty hard time selling that thing around here, and shipping to the US is crazy. So anybody southside, will simply buy one from there......
Like I said, lesson learned.....NEVER ORDERING STUFF OFF EBAY WHEN IT'S LATE....AND WHEN I'M TIRED!

Thanks man! I'm gonna try to....however it's starting to get cool again.....That being said....I was swapping my tires over to my winter set yesterday, and then subsequently putting the summer set in the attic of my garage...and got so hot...I had to wear a T-shirt out there!

Timing Belt Change
Hey folks!
It came time to do the T-belt, and my buddy offered to help me do it today!
We started out with our pile of parts:
Then got started on tearing everything down. After getting to the Timing belt....it was evident....IT WAS TIME TO DO IT!
A look at the other belts....and it was time to do those too!
For those of you who wanted to see what the gasket surface area looks like on the water pump I got looks like...
Here's a side by side shot of the old and new Waterpump:
We ended the day with some issues...basically not having the proper tool to take the tension off the lower idler pully.
A little frustrated...we called it a day....after fooling around with it for over an hour....we kinda felt like doing this:
A good neighbour has offered to help me after dinner tonight....so hopefully we can either fashion ourselves a tool, or try compressing it in a vice like some of you have suggested on my other thread.
