Filler Panel Screw

I’m finally installing headlight filler panels (bought it without them), and I need the fasteners for both sides. For the outside I’m gonna get these. Does anybody know why it’s two separate part numbers?

For the inside I went to Ace today to try and get the right screw, but it looks like it’s not actually a screw…
I found this diagram,

Which led me to this:

Will this do? It says screw, but the hole didn’t look like it had any threads so I’m confused. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

90159-50316 is a screw with a large flange head that screws into a plastic retainer 90467-12040, 90159-x should be easily substituted, the left and right outer retainers appear side specific in the diagram and would need to be correct, I didn't remove the outer part so can't help further.

Ok, thanks. Based on this it looks like I got the right stuff.

I just ran some random screws I had laying around through them. Since they go into plastic the threading doesnt have to be exact.
