Ok if you guys have read my last couple of thread you know that I have somethings to fix on my runner. Im just going to go through what I have and what im fixing and making sure I didnt miss anything, ALWAYS helps to get an outside look.

Ok so the runner is leaking oil and the clutch is going out something fierce haha, For the oil leak I have already bought:
full front end gasket kit,
Oil Pump Cover
Timing Cover
Timing Cover Seal
Water Pump Mounting
Valve cover gasket
Timing chain
upper and lower gears
tensioner
water pump
and RVT for when I drop and clean my oil pan.

Then im going to change out my clutch, the items im going to buy are:
Marlin Crawler HD clutch
Flywheel from marlin crawler
master and slave cylinder from marlin crawler
rear main seal
Diff oil and gear oil for the tranny ( full replacements of oils )

Is that all I should do while she is under the knife?

and as far as diff and gear oil what should I use?

Im wanting to make sure this is dont correctly the first time, dont want to tear back into the places I just had open to fix something else...

Thanks for your answers and for reading my long post!

I'm sure you are, but make sure to get a full clutch kit. As in the friction disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, and throwout bearing.
For the timing kit, get one with steel guides. They are much better than the plastic stock ones.

Im going to give marlin crawler a call to see if that is the full kit, its 219.00 for the clutch so im hoping it is a full hit, where would I find a steel backed guides for the t chain?

Ok so I just got off the phone with marlin crawler and all their clutch kits are full kits, which is awesome! You scared me haha thought I was going to have to drop some more money

I got mine from discount import parts in Portland I think. Been a while.

The marlin crawler clutch is a hybrid of aisin parts and seco parts, the best of both worlds. Was it a aisin clutch ypu got from the inports store on portland?

I had a quick question, I was thinking about saving money and keeping the clutch master cylinder and not replacing it, while still doing the slave cylinder, is that a good idea? would I be messing with the hydraulic system by only replacing part of it?

also what brands should I be looking for when I replace my brake master cylinder? I was thinking about ordering from rockauto but know know what brands would be reliable.

No I bought the timing kit there. My next clutch will be from marlin.
BTW I am working in your part of town now! If you see a guy waving from a big glass truck it's me. haha

You could just replace the slave, and have to bleed the system out good. But in my experience its best to just do both at the same time. The master doesn't cost all that much, and isn't to hard to replace. Just a little bit of added assurance. I don't know about your luck, but with mine if I didn't replace the master it would go bad a few weeks later lol. As for brands, I have had pretty good luck out of the ones you can pick up from your local parts store. Good luck!

Ya to my knowledge nothing needs to be replaced but the clutch, but I figured why not replace it, but its looking like funds are going to be tighter than I thought

Ya the rock auto is a aisin so I would be getting that one for a couple more bucks, but I dont think we have an advanced here, what was the brand of the master?

Awesome, I still gotta hit browns camp sometime, ive traveled further to wheel but havnt made any places up north of Salem

Browns camp is where it's at!
I know a few good places around mt hood too (that are legal). They are working on a new OHV area out of Hood river as well but I have not been up there yet.
