finally got around to the Frontrunner RR

Took a bit longer than I anticipated. probably 5-6 hours total. I didn't bother with the rivnut. Just drilled and bolted down. Did have to take down the headliner so that probably took an xtra 30" per side, but its bolted solid to the roof upfront now.

I should know by tomorrow about any leaks!! Been a nasty day here in the Boston Suburbs. The rack seems super solid and I cant wait to get the RTT up next month. I had it within 4 days of ordering it and its been sitting in my garage for near a month. Purchased a number of accessories in eluding the quick release for the RTT.

looks great, hopefully it doesn't leak!

I was thinking about just getting the shorter frontrunner rack because you don't have to drill, but i do like the full length.

OP: Which RTT did you get? I have the front runner full rack as well in prep for a RTT but can’t decide which one.

Looks better than most I've seen including the gobi.
Not much of a roof rack guy.. but if I had one, I'd slam on this one or the slimline.
