As is tradition, many emails and a 7pm to 4am driving adventure got me what I have been looking for the last year.

2000 4Runner Sport!
ARB, E-Locker, Lift, Leather + Family car, third owner, never wheeled, factory service= WIN! :trophy:

This truck is night and day different from always working on my 1st gen, so super stoked!

Would like a steel rear bumper and sliders incase someone get to friendly with her on the road. Other then that and a few preventative modifications she is staying how she is so my play time and project funds can go back into the Supra.

Thanks, was thinking the Trans cooler upgrade ASAP and the Tundra brakes when I need new ones. Maybe some LED bulbs for the interior as well, in time. I have about a year on those tires but would like to put 33' MT's on there, it has a 2" OME lift so i have to figure out if I have enough room first. Has 265/70/16 now.

That is one COOL FIND! Congrats to you man! E-locker (rare on an SR5 it seems), already have a lift and an ARB, man! that is sweet. The ARB looks awesome with the black Sport! Also looks like you got some BFG's, looks like Rugged Trails?

Again, congrats on that find, and you'll love the ARB, I love mine and wouldn't trade it for anything... And I'm planning to add a rear plate bumper to mine in the distant future, when I have the money and certain people make one.

Also, a bit surprising how different in terms of size the 1st gen and the 3rd gen's are in that first photo, they look drastically different.

I think those are green. Green valve stem caps mean the tire is nitrogen filled.

Nice 4Runner. All black 4Runner's with the sport package look badass.

I would be a little sceptical on the whole "never been off road" claim but as long as it is mechanically sound, what does it matter ....

Thanks for all the kind words! Like I said I am super stoked to make a new truck. Looking forward to a road trip but I only had her a week before I left to Norfolk for work again. Guess it will have to wait till I get back.

As far as the first gen, I’m asking $3500. She has a great body and solid frame but needs some love to make her tip-top again. It’s a '87 Turbo, have a for sale thread posted on here, among other places. :-/

I wish I could keep it and build both the 1st gen and my MKII Supra but, only enough room for one project car. Seeing as I have had the Supra since high school, she takes the win.

I was very skeptical of the ‘never off road’ as well but like I said it was adult owned family car and I talked a lot with the guy, he was a good dude. It only got a lift for the extra weight of the bumper. I climbed all under it and there is literally not one scratch on any skid plate, worst roads it saw was the pass to go boarding and because of the rock chips he replaced then bumper.
