Finally Purchased - Thanks to All

Just wanted to say thanks to all the members posting information on the site as I found it all very instrumental in shopping for my 1st 4Runner.

Just purchased (today!) a Salsa Red 2006 Sport Edition with the 4.7l V8. Drove 1.75 hours away to a small dealer to get it, but the ride home more than justified my purchase. What a solid machine. The V8 is a beast in a vehicle that size and I find that it handled like a sports car (at least compared to my old Yukon).

Pretty happy with the whole experience... $18,999 for a mint condition SE V8 with 37k miles and new GY Fortera Triple Tread tires. Haven't had a chance to clean it up yet or add any modificatons, but here is a pic!

Any recommendations where to get the best price on Weather Tech floor mats?

I also think I'll add a K&N air filter tommorrow and also order the toyota paper marche skid plate for looks

Wow, it worked. Pretty good picture, considering it was taken inside with a flash. That salsa red kind of jumps out.

LL Bean sells them but sometimes you can find them at the Bean outlets and save $.
